Founded by two sisters with over 25 years’ industry experience, Landis isn’t just any IT staffing firm. We firmly believe in the importance of people, and we operate under the philosophy that business is personal. Vice President & Co-Founder

Carrie Peiffer is the Vice President and Co-Founder of Landis Consulting Group. She has over a decade of industry experience in IT staffing and technical recruitment delivery. Carrie leads recruitment efforts for Landis and her day-to-day responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, managing talent pipelines and building trusted relationships with passive and active job seekers through coaching and career advisement. Carrie was born and raised in Pittsburgh and is a proud graduate of Penn State University. She resides outside of the city with her husband, son & daughter, and English Mastiff!

Kelly Fetick

President & Founder

Kelly is the President and Founder of Landis Consulting Group. A technology enthusiast and lover of people, Kelly’s worked in the industry for over 15 years and an expert in hiring, attracting, and retaining tech talent. She’s a Pittsburgh native and local affiliations include RedChair PGH, the Pittsburgh Women’s Alliance and 2018’s Emerging Leaders of Pittsburgh (U.S. SBA). She’s served on Advanticom’s Advisory Board, Riverside Women's Association (RWA) and is a long-time volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Kelly earned Telecommunications & Business degrees at Penn State and lives with her husband, son and daughter in Oakmont, PA.
